Brave auto delete cookies per session vs Cookie-AutoDelete

Hi,
I’ve just read about Brave Forgetful Browsing function.
How does it compare to the cookies-AutoDelete extension?
In particular, does it allows to cleanup Discarded/Unloaded Tabs, Domain Change, Cookies and other Site Data from Open Tabs on Startup, All Expired Cookies and Cache, IndexedDB, LocalStorage, Plugin Data, Service Workers as described here.
Thank you

P.S. It seems so for the majority of values:
When this option is set, Brave will clear first-party storage for the site a few seconds after there are no more open tabs for the site. Forgetful Browsing clears both explicitly stored values (e.g. cookies, localStorage, or indexedDB) and indirectly stored values (e.g. HTTP cache or DNS cache).
