Make sure you log in to your bing first. Not logged in there would be no problem.
Then do some search, it will not be scrollable.
Scrolling up to open bing chat and then scroll down would solve it.
This is impossible for android.

I have the same problem with bing.com. not scrollable after a search is made. Probably about 70% of searches don’t scroll. Cannot make bing the default search engine because of this.

Not seeing this issue logged in or otherwise. Will ping the team to see if they can reproduce. Can you check and see if you are able to reproduce this issue when using Chrome?
