BB Console says brave_extension_background.bundle.js throwing ERRORs

Description of the issue:

Brave Browser Console is reporting errors (2 examples):

How can this issue be reproduced?

Because I wanted to get an output from the Brave Browser console:

Start Brave Browser from Mac Terminal.app window command line:

/Applications/Brave\ Browser.app/Contents/MacOS/Brave\ Browser -n -args --incognito 2>brave.console.out.txt

Expected result:

Not exactly applicable, here; I was not sure what the Console output would be.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

1.35.100 - 1.35.101 (have not tried, with 1.35.103)

Additional Information:

Mac OS 10.12.6 “Sierra”

The “mnojpmjdmbbfmejpflffifhffcmidifd” item mentioned in the ERRORs, is a folder located on the Mac, here:

/Users/username/Library/Application Support/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/Default/Local Extension Settings/mnojpmjdmbbfmejpflffifhffcmidifd

My OP, above, is aimed at trying to narrow down, what might be an item to be removed from within the broader “BraveSoftware” folder. For example, @avid has continued to test for that possibility::

Brave crashes upon launch on brand new M1 iMac 12.1

The solution to this problem was exactly that, steps I took: Downloaded the package directly from Git Installed the Software Went into User>Library (it’s a hidden folder) Deleted the BraveSoftware folder Relaunched Brave and it worked normally.

Also @jelacou reported :

Brave crashes upon launch on brand new M1 iMac 12.1

On my side I did only this steps: delete the Users/[your user name]/Library/Application support/BraveSoftware folder relaunch Brave and it worked. I didn’t uninstall Brave, nor downloaded it from Github. The BraveSoftware folder is recreated when Brave is started, but does not prevent Brave to start anymore. (You may need to enable the display of the Library folder in Finder layout menu.)
