BAT withdrawn to Uphold however not appearing

Hi,
I withdrew 10.75 bat to uphold and see it in the rewards internals however I never received in the Uphold account. Please help me retrieve the BAT.

The withdrawal from BRAVE BROWSER did not appear in the Uphold account. The Uphold account still says $0.00

I clicked the “Withdraw Funds” in the browser which is connected to my uphold wallet earlier this month however the funds did not transfer to uphold the remaining balance is still 0.00
