I have this message in my home page rewards box: Congrats! Your September rewards have arrived!
Yet no BAT in my Uphold Wallet, which was like +31.258

Well, that notification is a generic one. It shows that regardless of you receiving the rewards or not. I guess you’ll just have to wait till payments for Uphold has processed, then it’ll be more advisable to raise a ticket. It could be that your payment ID is pretty down in the list of transactions.

If you don’t receive the BATs even after payments have processed then you should raise a ticket. Raise one here
