BAT not awarded completely and not received in wallet yet

Hi today is 9 April and today I had an option to claim my 4 BAT, although it retained 1 BAT and 3 BAT were available for payout and when I clicked on claim ,it said that BAT are claimed successfully but they are not showing in my Gemini wallet

I’m not the OP but it says they were payed.

But the payout was zero instead of ~10 BAT.
