BAT disappeared from Estimated rewards pending

We’ve been advised via the following thread: November Brave Ads Payout Status - that payouts have all completed.

This isn’t the case. As per my post above from 2 days ago, i’m still missing approx 16 BAT from October ads received on my desktop device.

I have 2 devices, connected to my uphold account. My desktop and my android smartphone. I’ve only ever connected these two devices to my Uphold account (so have’t reached the lifetime device/browser limit). I noticed that both my devices were disconnected from Uphold a couple of times, in which case i re-connected. This shouldn’t be counted as a new device connection, as it is the same device and same wallet browser.

I was credited for the 10.865 BAT earned on my android device, on the 06/11.

But the 16 approx BAT earned on my desktop, are still missing.

@steeven @Mattches - can you pls advise as to how my 16 odd BAT can be restored? Happy to supply internals if it helps to expedite the process.

Yeah same issue - but it’s my first month using brave so I’m unsure of how it normally works?
I switched to Brave early Oct, since then my “estimated rewards pending” was around 20 BAT? Or almost 20? and then a few days ago it went to 0, and just started adding again from scratch. What happened?

I PM’d Steeven, 3 days ago and again today. Hopefully there’ll be a reply soon. I don’t mind waiting for BAT or for a solution, but I’d like a reply. Even if it doesn’t solve the issue at least I know I’m being heard.
Not the best start to a new browser.

issue is, pending rewards for OCT gone after update to newest version. my 2 mobile phones, each having at least 5 BAT in pending rewards for OCT, once browser updated to newest version, pending rewards showing the balance start accumulate from NOV. no claim button, it’s gone like that.

Our BATs are gone… lost… disappeared… Diducted but not deposited to uphold account.

This is a big issue and the support didn’t reply to neither PMs nor forum posts.

I have the same issue, I was expecting the claim button but instead all tokens dissapeared.
Please people that face the same issue, post here so we can get some attention on the issue.

Hi all, if you haven’t already, please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

As you will have seen by the thread i and a lot of people were having issues and thankfully mine resolved itself that night.

The problem came back on payout day, everything in the rewards disappeared again on my laptop and android phone and still up to now ive not been paid out from any of them also when i open the home page the bat reward card shows 3.9odd bat then either goes to zero or 0.210, but the thing that is concerning me is the Binance card on the home screen doesnt show up my account or balances even though it is saying i’m connected to it.

Have you got any updates about what`s going on?

More especially about the binance card not showing balances, even after disconnecting from it 3 times and reconnecting it.

my other Brave browser was affected and some profiles on my nightly but they are soo little that I won’t bother with sending them to your Dm. @steeven if there is a general fix I know they would fix those ones the max they would have collectively is maybe 2.0 BAT I use Nightly majorly but the other profiles are for different jobs with different bookmarks and passwords. so I can make my work flow easier. so the profile names are based on the client

@steeven I have received over 40 ads and confirmation still says 25ads that was the value the day of the glitch
