Description of the issue:
Even tough I have sync setup and working, when I try to share a URL (by click on ‘Share’ → ‘Send to device’) from Brave or from any other app, I get the below screen.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open any site in Brave or in any other app, say Youtube.
- Click on ‘Share’ → ‘Send to device’ (using Brave)

Brave 1.19.92 Chromium 88.0.4324.152
Mobile Device details
Android 10; Surface Duo Build/2020.1211.85
Additional Information:
All other syncing seems to work fine. I am able to share URLs from Desktop using Brave (Right click → Send to Phone). It is from my Phone that Share is not working. It is the exact same issue as described in this closed topic ([Android] Cannot share among devices using Brave), but my build is greater than 1.14.x where it was supposed to be fixed.
