Description of the issue:
I am unable to save a specific bookmark to my homescreen on Apple Ipad running iOS16.4
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Goto URL > click 3 dot menu > no option exists to save to Homescreen

Only save to Favourites available
