About brave reward transfer from Android to android

Hello Brave Community,

               I am using brave for past 1 year and I also earned 19.759 BAT. Now I need to change my OS in my Android. My question is "Is possible to get back my rewards back or any other ways to get my past rewards back after changing a android OS"?.
