Youtube channel not transferred and rewards not receved

hello everyone,

  1. i have a problem with the transfer of my youtube channel wich is not done since the 10/01/2020 and it says : ‘’ Channel will be transferred from current owner in a short time ‘’ but it still not done.

  2. i had more than 100 BAT to receve from my rewards and since i reseted my google authenticator the rewards has not been transfered and the channel neither.

what can i do please?
