Description of the issue:
Wrong Focus behavior
How can this issue be reproduced?
NOTE: Sporadic

  1. One or more browser windows opened, typically multi-tab both normal and Private
  2. Other applications active, with Focus (their window is above the browser)
  3. Browser takes Focus and move above the active window randomly. And sometimes remains on top position even if not active after clicking the other application window in the background.

Expected result:
Browser doesn’t take focus by itself. Browser remain in background without any user interaction to return it active.
