Would like to add a frequently used webpage to my Android phone's home screen

In the past, I added a frequently opened webpage as a shortcut on my Android phone’s home screen. I would like to add another frequently used page to my phone’s home screen. I cannot figure out how to do this again. I have tapped the 3 dots on the bottom right but do not see “Add to Home Screen.” Please help.

Go to phone settings → Search Brave in apps → Permissions → enable allow to add home screen shortcut.

Now check.
Also if you could add a screenshot of when you press the menu button, that would be helpful to understand the issue
