I’ve had a busy few months and wasn’t checking in my rewards. When I did check I had to reconnect at which point I was notified my account was flagged. I’ve been waiting as suggested for a re-evaluation but nothing. I’ve been missing it out on months of rewards. How do I get this fixed?
