Why not see claim button?

I have 3 pc using brave browser but only 1 pc got claim and balance <5 bat, 2 pc the rest >10 bat I not see claim button???
Why, pls explain, and problem from Jan.2021 still now .

I have same problem, missing bat tokens at my uphold account and no clime at my two other computers … Is this normal? Iam new at brave
