Actually i just joined 4 days ago still i havent got any bat nor any claim option of 20 btas i dont know why please can u help me

OK, so I’m not entirely sure about your “issue/question”. And I’m not sure about what you mean by “joined”, “signed up”, and “welcome token”. But:
- you don’t get BAT for simply downloading and using Brave
- if you want to earn BAT, the only way is by opt-in to Brave Ads https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/sections/360004119132-Brave-Ads
Means when we signed up new there is something like claim in triangular option but I didn’t got nor after browsing for long i am receiving any bat
