Why am i not receiving my rewards payments

Briefly describe your issue:
i have a verified gemini account every time i try to log in to see my balance i get an error saying to contact support i am missing almost a years worth of the rewards last one was received in march 2023 according to my Gemini account and i am on windows 10 i keep getting ads saying i should be earning rewards but never recieve my payments i am in the US

What message are you talking about? It would be nice to know more specific.

Other thing I can say is you’ll probably be best to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so they can look into your account specifically and let you know if it’s been flagged, if there’s an issue they can resolve, or what might be happening.

something went wrong we werent able to complete your request please try again, and contact support if the problem persists this happens every single time i try to log in to see my gemini balance and i keep not getting my rewards pay outs since march 2024 was the last one i received not 2023 i mistyped that

That is the response given by Brave?

i went to brave://rewards-internals/ and saw that it says my gemini account is flagged in the logs on my laptop and on my desktop

I see. Well, if you haven’t done so already, you’ll want to create the support ticket. If we assume it’s Brave that has you flagged, they’ll review your account and make a determination on whether to reinstate the account or if you’ll be permanently flagged/suspended.

i already made a ticket with them thats how i found out that link i dont even see why i got flagged to begin with
