The Transparency page is for countries that are eligible to participate in Brave Rewards ad campaigns. There is a separate list of countries that are eligible for verification with a custodial provider. Link provided below. If your country is not on the list, you will not be able to verify with a custodial provider at this time.
If you do still have missing payouts, you should use the form linked below to request help from Brave support. Please be aware, that September payouts (August Rewards) are still processing (see Brave Ads Payout status) for Gemini payouts. You should probably wait until payout processing is complete before including the current month before you submit a ticket. Payouts from previous months may be reconciled in this payout.
