Websites do not refresh

I’m having an issue viewing several websites. For days, my stock site was reporting old data and CNN also never refreshed unless I manually clear cookies and cache. Whether it’s been a few hours or a few days, the site won’t refresh. It’s a browser issue, since I worked out the issue through clearing cookies but it repeats itself and I have to delete cookies. I hope I can fix this or I will have to move to a different browser because it could cost me money with my stocks.
