Can’t access my android balance even though both android and desktop are verified

When I click on the verified wallet in Brave Rewards screen on my phone, it takes me to my wallet but only shows the balance of my desktop.

Did the recent release of verifying android wallets still not let you access your android balance?

Was expecting now both wallets are verified, the balances would sync
