I see the payout has finally been made this month but I go check my balance on Brave browser and Uphold and I haven’t received my payout for the month. Go through and check my 30 day ad history and sure enough the ads are there…

Hey all. As realjinx mentioned, anyone who did not receive their payments should create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 and someone from Brave will take a look and get back to you. Do keep in mind they aren’t active over the weekend and it can take up to a week or two to get responses. If you hear back sooner, then you’re lucky.
Got a reply. Brave must not be getting enough ad revenue to make all the payouts because I got a BS reply that my account had been flagged for “irregular activity” and after a review that it would not be unsuspended. But that they appriate me being part of the community and I will have continued access to all their other great features.

I was not told what specific criteria my account was flagged for…
If this is how Brave treats the members of their community why would anyone continue to be a part of it?
I will be uninstalling Brave browser, cancelling my VPN subscription and dumping my BAT. I will also be actively vocalizing Brave’s treatment of their “community” all over social media.
Good job Brave, you saved $4-5 a month in payouts and lost a long time customer.
I also didn’t receive my BAT payment for last month and like you I’ve been a Rewards user for many years without problems or my account being flagged for something. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary last month to have been flagged. I have to wonder what really happened because the payments took a lot to be made and it’s usually not that long. And now so many users are not even getting them for bullsh*t reasons.
I got the same response last month “irregular activity” and was told it was resolved. The next payout date came and still no payment. Feeling more and more like i should just uninstall Brave, been using is for years now.

When did you create the ticket? Also have to ask, is this just about April’s payment or you still trying to get the prior months?
I see you had a topic last month, which was A la recherche des mes BAT perdus where @Evan123 referred you to a ticket. Did you ever hear a response on that one? If so, what was said to you?
Also, if you recently did a support ticket, I’m going to ask two things:
- What is your ticket number?
- When did you create the ticket?
Keep in mind that it often takes at least 3-5 business days for them to see tickets. Then the length of time to investigate and respond to issues vary. If we assume you created a ticket on or after April 20 when you responded here, then it means it’s only been about 5 business days.
@somniart did you create the support ticket? If not, make sure to go make a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 and someone from Brave will look into things for you.
Keep in mind as I just mentioned to docnono974, it can take 3-5 business days before they even see your ticket and it can take longer to respond. They generally try to see and respond faster, but you may need to be a bit patient. Responses to tickets will always come to your email and it is important to keep an eye out there as well, just in case they write to request more info.

Same for the month of April, no payment. I think I’ll leave it there because your system is not reliable enough.
I would say there is a huge issue. Not making the payments is a pretty big deal. I also did not receive mine after an alert that its been deposited. This shouldn’t happen EVER!
