No Brave Ads Payout

I have been an avid user of Brave Browser for quite some time now, and I genuinely appreciate the platform and its commitment to user privacy. However, this recent experience has left me quite frustrated and concerned about the reliability of the Brave Rewards system. Despite the passage of over a month since the payout was due, the balance has yet to reflect in my account. To provide you with some context, my Uphold account is fully verified and linked to my Brave Rewards account. I have been receiving regular monthly payouts without any issues until the May payout, which seems to have gone astray.
I have checked my Uphold account multiple times over the past month, expecting to see the May payout credited that is worth around 8 to 9 BAT. Unfortunately, the balance remains unchanged, indicating that the payout has not been processed correctly. This situation is particularly distressing as the funds in question are essential for me and were expected for various personal expenses. I have already followed the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. I have verified that my Brave Browser and Uphold account are both up to date with the latest versions, and I have ensured that my Uphold account is properly linked to Brave Rewards. Despite these efforts, the missing payout issue persists. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and crediting the outstanding balance for the May payout into my Uphold account. Additionally, I would appreciate any insights or information you can provide regarding the delay, as transparency is crucial in maintaining trust between users and the Brave Browser community.

I will suggest you to wait till all payments for this month are complete. It can be that they arrive this month (has happened to me and received 1 extra BAT too). If you don’t get it even after payments are complete, then ping me.

I’m also missing the rewards for this month… AND ALSO THE REWARDS FOR MAY.

“Waiting till all payments for this month are complete” is almost certainly NOT going to work. The team needs to reactivate the direct help channels rather than shirking their responsibilities by relying on a community forum.

What do you mean by direct help Channels?

Also, I am sharing from my experience that many times I’ve received my amounts quite late. So I just wait till payments are complete and then raise a ticket or something
