Uphold account is already connected to another Brave Creators account?

I only have one Uphold and creators account. I have linked my different devices to the same creators account. For a few months this problem has not been fixed.

I got this message: “Connect a custodial account to become a verified creator , and to begin receiving monthly payouts. You won’t be eligible for payouts until you connect a custodial account.”

AND

“Could not establish Uphold connection. It looks like your Uphold account is already connected to another Brave Creators account. Your Uphold account can only be connected to one Brave Creators account at a time.”

Can you help me plz?
