Trying to connect to gemini

Why is it for the past couple months every time I try to reconnect to Gemini I get this:

I’ve tried over and over and nothing changes. The connection was fine before it disconnected itself and this crap started happening.

Just a heads up, they try to respond ASAP but average turnaround can be 3-5 business days, with it sometimes being handled sooner or longer. Some have had to wait nearly 2-3 weeks. So patience will be a thing.

And btw, the email should have been sent immediately after you submitted.
