Tor-0.3.3.8-win32-brave-5 is considered insecure

Hello,
Kaspersky reports me to the file
tor-0.3.3.8-win32-brave-5
following:
A legal program that allows an attacker to corrupt the computer or user data.

In Brave (no beta or dev) I didn’t get this message.
Is there anything you can do about it?

The path to the file is with me:

Its a false positive report by the Antivirus. You can report to Kaspersky to remove the false positive and to add it to their whitelist. There is nothing else that can be done to this.
