What does happen when you click Edit or Delete, nothing at all?
Can you post a screenshot of the ‘Shields’ dialogue that shows the Shields settings for that site? (Careful not to include private info from the main browser window.)
What version of Windows are you on?
Does the issue occur in a Private window?
Does the issue occur if you create a new profile and try it in that profile?
Is anything set in brave://flags ? (Look for settings with blue dots, anything non-default will be at the top.)
