Description of the issue:
A few years ago I had a problem with tab previews showing on hovering tabs. This was fixed by chrome://flags/#tab-hover-card but for some reason this was deleted in Version 1.25.68 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (64-bit). I am searching for another workaround this if anyone knows one I’ll be glad to hear.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Open Brave Version 1.25.68
2. Open a new tab
3. Hover the tab with your mouse cursor
4. After a second or so a preview card of the name appears bellow it

Additional Information:
This issue was discussed before and the flag was marked as workaround. And the day has come when this flag no longer exists and we have to find another way.
