My last payment was June 11, 2020. Since then my accumulated balance 11.86 is not coming in. I saw the payment process status in August 8, 2020, but then nothing happens and I got rescheduled again.

Steeven The same case for me the last payment was july 8,2020 . I have accumulated 7.60 for the payment in August. Yesterday I saw the payment in process for month August but nothing happens. Could you help me with my case ? Thanks very Much .
