I am running:
Version 1.22.71 Chromium: 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I am running Windows 7 OS.
Description of the issue:
I would like to set the Home page and new tab backgrounds to a color of my choosing. Is this possible?
How to accomplish this?
If the above is not possible, can provide a custom image file that is to my choosing?

I have spent much time before posting this with experimentation and search-engine searching.
I find many postings, including videos, that show Settings windows that are not what my Brave instance has.
Example is that videos show in the Settings | Appearance, there is a drop down that allows “same as Windows” choice.
My version of Brave does not have that.
Also, as I search the forum I seldom find a posting with an answer (about this topic). Mostly they seem to be “feature requests”
Hope someone can help.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Just go into Settings and look there as I have described.
Expected result:
I hoped for a simple way to set a solid color background.
