Rewards support

hello… i have some problems.
i send this message to rewards brave by my email:
Good evening to you. I hope you’re well. I have a concern and worry. last month I was supposed to receive my payment for the month that was overpaid but I didn’t receive it and I was notified that there was a small problem and so I will receive it the next month with the payment for the current month. and now we are already at the next month. but so far I haven’t received or collected anything. so I would like to have an answer as to what is going on.
he answered me and asked me to answer some questions. which i did. and now i just got this message: Hello - this email is for Suspended accounts only. Please post on https://community.brave.com/ for assistance. Thank you!
and now I’m confused. Could somebody please explain it to me?
