I have some BAT rewards in my brave mobile. Say 14 BAT. It’s been two months since i connected to my zebpay, but still it doesn’t reflect in my zebpay account.

My assumption is you had some BAT that is actually called vBAT, which you had earned in the past. If you had not linked to ZebPay by the end of October, then vBAT became invalid. I don’t think vBAT should be showing in the total balance anymore, but it’s possible that’s what you’re seeing. And no, there would be no way to receive that as payment if that’s indeed what you it is.
In any case, get that support ticket in and they’ll be able to guide you with actual answers (which is better than just my assumption).
