My gemini wallet is verified, everything it’s like before, i dident make any new changes in settings and things like that. I dont understand what’s the problem. Before this issue i had the issue of not showing ads…after waiting 10 days and no one helped me …it started working again by itself. But now i see that yet another issues comes.

@Bogdan200688 yeah, sadly they can’t/won’t always respond immediately. They have thousands of messages each day and not a lot of staff working on it. It would be nice if all came in a day or less, but it’s tricky. That’s why I recently wrote post Still no payout? read this before posting
But there’s a lot of things going on lately that’s even out of the hands of Brave. Such as how Russia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Ukraine all have been blocked by Uphold due to increased fraudulent activity. Tons of little things, not enough people or time to address it all, and many problems aren’t able to be resolved quickly…with some taking days or weeks to handle.
I understand that but it passed like 1 month. I am not going to ask for help anymore. Thanks anyhow for the advices @Saoiray, i had like 4-5 times issues with my browser and not even once i got assitance. Sorry for my english, good day!
@Bogdan200688 Yeah, if you sent DM all the times you said you did AND if you included the information they needed, then it would be weird if you were to say they never got back to you. @steeven and @Mattches usually do a good job on getting back to people.
I mean, I see where you mentioned in January about not seeing ads. Then around February 16 though I think you said that you sent a DM. Hopefully tagging here will help things along a bit.
