@bhimthakan if you are talking about the current payout, that’s ongoing. You’d see on the big banner on top of the website, which is also Ads Payout Status Update that at the time of my reply, ZebPay payments are pending.
But if you’re not speaking about the payments we are receiving now, then do as Evan123 mentioned and create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431
Just keep in mind that the notice we see in Rewards thing is not accurate. It just automates to show when payments begin.

@bhimthakan payments begin around the 7th of each month and length of time to complete can vary. Typically they try to get handled within a few business days but there have been months where it takes as long as 2-3 weeks. The best thing to do is generally to check in on the post I linked to so you can see the overall status.
When it shows Complete, which it now has been updated to say (which was a quick change), and you haven’t received, then that is when we put in for a support ticket so someone from Brave can try to take a closer look at what’s going on.
And keep in mind that support tickets are handled as quickly as they can, but can take a while. Overall Brave has people working just Monday through Friday here in the United States. While they might pop in on weekends to do things on the back end, we usually don’t hear from anyone then.
The purpose of me saying that is to say if you don’t get a reply today, then it likely won’t be until sometime next week at the earliest that you’ll hear back. They try to check within 3-5 business days, but varies depending on amount of support tickets.
