Nope its running until Dec 2019 but maybe brave extend that or well i dont know xD! haha 
Date when the referral program will stop working. December 31, 2019 or will it continue?
@Mihailevdokim @KnightOfTheLight until there’s a future notice from Brave, it’s safe to assume that referral program will end on Dec 31, 2019.
