PWA app removed after android update

Description of the issue:

I usually install PWA apps or site on my phone, except that for a few months each time android updates, the apps are removed from the home screen.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Visit a website, and install it (it PWA) or create a home shortcut
  2. Do an android update
  3. Installed apps is removed

Expected result:

Installed apps is not removed

  • 1.36.122
