How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to URL
  2. Message displays

Expected result:
No message and able to access web page.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Brave 1.43.79 Chromium: 104.0.5112.102 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

OS Windows 10 Version 21H1 (Build 19043.1889)

Additional Information:
Page loads using Brave Release version (1.42.97) and Firefox. Get the message in both Beta and Nightly versions.
