Description of the issue:
Multiple new windows will pop up when attempting to click on anything on any page before you are able to interact with the website itself.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

I have also gone into settings and added the url into the no pop up option but still no difference.
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
Yes - No difference on or off, ads on both
Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)
Yes
