I have fully approved Brave Creator account with 20K BAT on it and a fully verified Uphold, however the transfer cannot be executed.
Please, advise me how I can solve this problem.
Hi @H1Ta - thanks for writing in. Payouts are all done on the 8th of every month. The next payout is February 8th.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can answer.
This 20k BAT i got before 8 January In this month, but it still didn’t transfer on the Uphold.
Is this normal?
@H1Ta - is the BAT from the first week of the month? There is a freeze period during that period. If not, can you DM me the email linked to your account?
Yes, it was first 5 days of the month.
