Videos viewed on YouTube and other sites will only pause momentarily (maybe 20 seconds) and will then begin playing again. This happens with both shields up or down.
The site works as expected using Mozilla. I noticed this on www.youtube.com and www.realvision.com.
Using version Version 0.61.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.75 (Official Build) (64-bit).
