On android how do I only and always open a page in a private window?

I want to automatically open every page every time in a private window. I want the page to always reload everything linked in the page every time no matter whether I enter a url or tap a link. Can this be done? If so how? Even though it might be simple, assume I know nothing and provide detailed instructions please. Why would I want to do such a weird thing? I use Brave to test web pages after I have made coding changes or updated an image.
