Not received payment in verified gemini wallet

Briefly describe your issue:
Until 8-9th of February was showing a message in my brave rewards tab which said that my payment is in process. After that the message gone and i didnt receive January’s rewards payment in my verified Gemini wallet. Last 2 months i had receive my rewards without any problem.
Also for about 7 days and so on while im viewing ads, my estimated balance is staked without any changes.
I have already DM steeven 4 days ago but he didnt reply yet.

I’m not using Android.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
I don’t use Uphold and Auto-Contribute is off.
