When I click the private access link in the email, I get this page:
I’ve resent the link three times and get the same screen each time. I’m clicking the link in my email within seconds of receiving it.
Try again, and make sure:
- You are clicking on the latest link, since sometimes your email GUI can hide new emails that look similar to previous emails.
- Wait like 30 seconds to a minute before clicking the link. You might actually be clicking them too fast. I’ve done that before!

I waited and it still didn’t work. Ironically, it works in Firefox. So I was able to access my Brave Creators account in Firefox, but it still doesn’t allow me to access it in Brave.
That said, it won’t let me sign in to Twitch in Firefox, so I still can’t connect that account.

The button indeed wasn’t working, but I didn’t see the link it says to try if the button doesn’t work. That works fine, so we’re all good!
