No Response From Brave Suspended Account

A few days ago my brave creator account was suspended. I have sent an email to suspensions@brave.com as shown in my account view. After getting a response from Brave Support, then I replied to the email with an explanation and data about the Brave Creator account. I’m waiting for a response from the brave support team. But to this day there has been no response. When did I get the response? How long do I have to wait ? Will my account be reactivated or not? I hope there is an explanation from the brave support team.
