I guess they just don’t want to pay BAT!!
They say the payment is still processing but I don’t think we will get our claim button or bat transfer to uphold. Just seems like they can’t manage it properly because it happens every month.
@shotiko07 read and follow this post by Support, and follow the instructions should you have any issues after the payout process has completed.
Edit: I can’t help you with anything more unless you edit your post with more details, for example, your browser version, OS, etc.
