New Here, How Do I Get Earned BAT?

I’m new to using the Brave Browser and have been for the last month doing the ads and accruing BAT. I have a wallet linked for UpHold and the payout day of March 5th has flipped the April 5th but my wallet remains empty in the browser and on UpHold. How is it that i’m supposed to get the earned BAT from viewing ads?

I’ve done although of searching and noticed these seems to be a common question, yet I find threads locked with no resolve. I just wanted to ask here to make sure I’m not missing something before decided if I should keep using Brave or not.

Ok, whats usually the amount of wait time after the payout date that I should be concerned if payout hasnt yet been received?

it still processing and sometime it can go up to 7 days
