The Name Window function is in the More Tools sub menus, but no default keyboard shortcut is shown there.
Is it possible to set up a keyboard shortcut? If so how?

@Meeker-Morgan go to Settings → System and you’ll see Shortcuts. You can add, removhrtcuts`. You can add, remoe, or edit shortcuts there.
For example:
I would click Add and then use the keyboard shortcut I’d like to use.
If it’s something that already has a shortcut that you want to remove, like below, you just hover over the existing and you can click on the - that appears over it, which will delete it.
