My rewards are gone and haven't gotten new ones

Hello,

I’ve had a number of issues with Brave over the past year. I have to remind the support staff every couple months to give me my rewards. I haven’t gotten any for a while again. And now my coins are all gone.

Currently all my accounts are showing zeros. Please help.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
