Hello. I have been actively using my Brave Creators account for 2 years. During this period, when I log in to my account, although I have not done anything illegal in any way, I am faced with a warning like the one below.
I sent an e-mail to open my Creators account, which I have been using for 2 years and have not had any problems with, but I did not receive any response.

Well, if you just responded to them it may take a while for them to review the information provided and get back to you. Just be patient.
Usually, the moderators on the community forums do not handle creator account reviews or suspensions and will tell you to use the email provided.
