Hello, I don’t know the reason behind this, but my reward counter resets to zero almost every day and i’m not getting any BATs. How can I fix this issue?
Hi @dreamkoil. It’s a new month (September 1st). Therefore, your counters will reset for the new month. You should see a countdown in the UI appear shortly.
