My BAT bounty goes to zero after a month.

After a month had passed my BATs went to zero. I would like to know if:

Did I miss my reward of the month?

Is the reward claim made automatically?

If I haven’t lost them how do I view it? I didn’t receive them in the Uphold wallet, so I ask.
